Who we are
IP Four Digital Limited (company number 12599318), Business First Centre, Liverpool Road, Burnley, BB12 6HH, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us about anything in it at contact@ip-four.co.uk or by post to the address above.
What we collect
- Details you send through our forms: name, company, email, phone, organisation size, the service and industry you are interested in, and your message.
- Contact details of the people we work with at our clients and suppliers.
- Invoicing and payment records.
- If you accept cookies, how you first arrived at the site, which we attach to any enquiry you send.
- Technical data our web host records when you visit, such as your IP address.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry with a view to entering into a contract with you (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). If no contract follows, we delete your enquiry within 6 months.
- To deliver our services under contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To measure how the site and our adverts perform, only if you accept cookies (consent, Article 6(1)(a)).
We do not sell your data, and we do not send you marketing you have not asked for.
Cookies
We only set the cookies below if you choose Accept in our cookie banner. If you choose Reject, none of them are set and no Google scripts load. Your choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask again, and you can change it at any time: .

We do not use advertising cookies to personalise or retarget adverts.
Who processes it for us
We use trusted suppliers acting as our processors under data processing agreements: cloud hosting, email and productivity, customer relationship management, backup and security tools. Where cookies are accepted, Google processes analytics and advertising data.
Transfers outside the UK
Some suppliers may process data outside the UK and EEA. Where they do, it is protected by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: deleted within 6 months if no contract follows.
- Client and supplier records: for the engagement plus 6 years.
- Financial records: 6 years from the end of the financial year, as required by law.
- Cookies: as listed above.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, erase it, restrict how we use it, transfer it, or object to its use. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email contact@ip-four.co.uk or write to the address above. We respond within one month.
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can put things right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
Other information
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means alone. We review this notice at least annually and when our processing changes.
