Every Netru engagement runs the same way. A 30-minute scoping call to confirm fit. A written, fixed-fee proposal with deliverables and a timeline. A named principal who does the work and stays accountable through delivery. No associates, no offshore, no juniors learning on your account.

What’s out of scope

We don’t do penetration testing, 24/7 SOC, or write your application code. Where useful, we coordinate with partners who do those well. We tell you upfront when we’re not the right firm.

Pricing

Fixed-fee, scoped after the call. Retainers monthly with a three-month minimum. We don’t bill for thought partnership.
